Watch Point Wellness Center is a behavioral health and wellness practice dedicated to supporting frontline professionals—including military service members (active or retired), first responders, corrections personnel, healthcare workers, and other therapists.

We recognize that the unique demands of frontline professions can have a lasting impact on emotional health, personal well-being, relationships, and overall quality of life. We believe that effective support—grounded in an awareness of the realities and challenges of frontline work—can play a vital role in managing stress, promoting resilience as well as lasting growth and balance.

Our approach blends strong clinical expertise with a deep understanding of frontline culture, creating a supportive environment where clients can build on their strengths, enhance coping skills, and navigate challenges with confidence.

We draw from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs to provide support for sustained emotional well-being both on and off the job.

Kristin Lewis, LMFT

As a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Groton, Connecticut, I am passionate about helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with greater confidence, resilience, and connection. Before entering the mental health field, I spent more than 20 years in the telecommunications industry, an experience that broadened my understanding of the many personal and professional stressors people encounter throughout their lives. As a veteran of the Connecticut Army National Guard, I have firsthand insight into the unique pressures and demands often experienced by frontline workers. I am committed to creating a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to navigate life's challenges and strengthen their relationships with themselves and others.
