Professional Consultation
Professional consultation is available for clinicians seeking to deepen their competence in working with veterans, first responders, and their families.
This service offers a supportive, clinically focused space to strengthen assessment, case conceptualization, and intervention strategies specific to these communities.
This specialized consultation provides guidance on military and first responder cultural competency, stigma and help-seeking barriers, trauma-related conditions such as PTSD and MST, moral injury, cumulative stress exposure, and the relational impact of service on partners and families.
Attention is also given to risk assessment, transitions to civilian life, line-of-duty injuries, and the unique mental health challenges that affect both service members and their support systems.
